This house is small yet cosy, and the tones of each room are neutral, but not all the same colour. Each room's contents are roughly the same colour as the walls so no object looks out of place.

This house is a small to average size, is a good house to raise children, especially with the child friendly garden (just watch out for the swimming pool).

Outside there is a swimming pool, swing, fountain, chess set, grill, and a outdoor table and chairs.

 

 

 

Family House

 

 

House ready for a medium to large size family. There is a double bed, 3 single beds and 2 cribs, and room for a cat and dog too. Outside, there is an alter for when the children grow up and wish to marry, if they do. Also outside there is a swimming pool, green house, pond and many other outside activities

Maple Manor

 

 

 

A large manor, which is ready for a family to move in. There are gardening plots, and trees that bear fruit, compost bins and there is no need to water the plants as there is sprinklers (and posh sims obviously dont want to get dirty >.<)

4 Bedrooms, 2 en suite

3 Bathrooms,

Living/front room

Kitchen and dining room together

Study/gym

Music room (which has a pool table!)

 

 

Oakwood Mansion

 

 

This mansion has room for 8 sims, the bedrooms are on the two top floors, there are 3 floors altogether. Has many rooms, which include a library, bowling room, poker room, and a large swimming pool. The mansion is ready for a family to move in, whether they are a big family, a small family, or a family in the making. The master bedroom is big enough to have a crib and changing station for any babies that are born, and there is plenty of room for if your sim lady (or ladies) have twins to take care of.
